Michael Dale, PhD
Founder & Lead Instructor
Dr. Michael Dale is the founder of Dale Consultants and one of a select group of professionals authorized to deliver both PMI and PMO Global Institute certification training. With decades of experience spanning corporate project management, consulting, and adult education, Dr. Dale brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world application to every course he teaches.
Dr. Dale holds a PhD and has built his career at the intersection of project management practice and professional development. His work has taken him across industries — from government and healthcare to technology and financial services — giving him a breadth of perspective that enriches every training engagement.
As a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor, Dr. Dale is certified to deliver the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® programs. He is also an Accredited Project Management Consultant & Trainer (APCT), authorized by PMO Global Institute to deliver the PMAC® and PMES® certifications.
Dr. Dale founded Dale Consultants with a clear conviction: that professionals deserve access to authorized, expert-led training that goes beyond memorization and builds genuine competence. His teaching style is direct, practical, and deeply informed by years of consulting in the field.
